Scan 3d Focal Length#

The Scan 3d Focal Length feature provides the focal length in pixels of the image stream selected by the Component Selector parameter. If the component is Disparity, Confidence, or Error, the value also depends on the resolution that is selected implicitly by the Depth Quality parameter.

The focal length is required to compute the 3D object coordinates from the disparity values. A detailed description of the calculation is available in the Processing Measurement Results topic.
