Auto Function Profile#

Auto Function Profile カメラ機能を使用すると、カメラが自動調整を行っているときに、ゲインと露光時間のバランスを調整する方法を指定できます。

機能を使用する#

Auto Function Profileの設定#

オートファンクションプロファイルを設定するには次の手順を実行します。

パラメーターを Gain Auto auto function and the Exposure Auto auto function to Continuous.
パラメーターを AutoFunctionProfile 次のいずれかの値（使用している場合）に設定します：

使用可能なAuto Function Profile#

Minimize Gain (= Gain Minimum)#

自動調整プロセス中、ゲインは可能な限り低く維持されます。露光時間が上限に達していて、目標の明るさの値にまだ達していない場合は、目標値に到達するためにゲインが増加します。

Minimize Exposure Time (= Exposure Minimum)#

自動調整プロセスでは、露光時間は可能な限り低く維持されます。ゲインが上限に達していて、目標の明るさの値にまだ達していない場合は、目標値に到達するために露光時間を延ばします。

Minimize Gain Quick (= Gain Minimum Quick)#

このプロファイルは、Minimize Gainプロファイルと同じように機能します。その違いは、明るさが極端に変化したり、画像の明るさが急速に変化したりする状況で、より迅速に反応することです。この状況は、例えば、目的タレットを使用して顕微鏡の対物レンズを変更した場合などに起こります。

Minimize Exposure Time Quick (= Exposure Minimum Quick)#

このプロファイルは、Minimize Exposure Timeプロファイルと同じように機能します。その違いは、明るさが極端に変化したり、画像の明るさが急速に変化したりする状況で、より迅速に反応することです。この状況は、例えば、目的タレットを使用して顕微鏡の対物レンズを変更した場合などに起こります。

Smart#

Gainは可能な限り低く維持され、自動調整中、フレームレートは可能な限り高く維持されます。

これは、次の4つの手順で構成されます。

目標の明るさの値に達するように、カメラは露光時間を調整します。
目標の明るさの値に達するように露光時間を長くする必要がある場合、カメラはフレームレートが低下するまでそのように動作します。
If the frame rate drops, the camera stops increasing the exposure time and increases the gain until the AutoGainRawUpperLimit value is reached.
When the AutoGainRawUpperLimit value has been reached, the camera stops increasing the gain and increases the exposure time until the target brightness value is reached. Increasing the exposure time results in a lower frame rate.

Anti-Flicker 50 Hz / 60 Hz#

Gainおよび露光時間はフリッカーを減らすために最適化されます。照明が50Hzまたは60Hzの速度で点滅する環境でカメラが動作している場合、照明フリッカーによって画像間の明るさが大幅に変化することがあります。アンチフリッカープロファイルを有効にすると、キャプチャされた画像へのフリッカーの影響を軽減できます。

地域の電力線の周波数（例：北米：60Hz、ヨーロッパ：50Hz）に応じて周波数（50Hzまたは60Hz）を選択します。
