This topic helps you to find information about Basler ace 2 GMSL cameras (GMSL = Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link).
- Basler ace 2 GMSL cameras use high-speed electrical data signals between the camera serializer and the host deserializer. The link signals are transmitted over a coaxial FAKRA cable at a very high data rate (up to 6 Gbit/s with GMSL2). - If you want to use Basler GMSL cameras in your system, you need the following main components:
- Basler ace 2 GMSL cameras (camera name ends with mgm or mgc)
- Corresponding amount of lenses
- Coaxial FAKRA cables
- Camera Enablement Package:
