Exposure Timeの設定#
露光時間を設定するには、次の手順に従います。
ExposureTimeパラメーターを目的の露光時間（マイクロ秒単位）に設定します。

Depending on your camera revision, the value range of the ExposureTime parameter differs. The maximum exposure time is always 1000 µs. The minimum exposure times applicable are listed by revision below:
- Up to revision 07: 250 µs
- Revision 08 to 12: 100 µs
- From revision 13: 50 µs
