pylon AI vTools#

AI vTools can apply deep learning (DL) models to solve complex image analysis tasks.

They are designed to work in tandem with standard pylon vTools. These AI vTools are available:

• Classification: The Classification vTool classifies objects in your images, i.e., it detects them and labels them according to their class, based on the model you have selected.
• Object Detection: TThe Object Detection vTool detects and classifies objects in your images based on the model you have selected.
• Semantic Segmentation: The Semantic Segmentation vTool classifies the pixels in your images, i.e., it associates each pixel with an object class, based on the model you have selected.
• Instance Segmentation: The Instance Segmentation vTool classifies objects at a pixel level in your images, i.e., it detects objects and associates each pixel with an object class, based on the model you have selected.
