Basler照明コントローラー2C-1.25A-50W-24V#
If you directly connect the lights to the controller, you can specify the output current supplied to the light which in turn controls the light intensity. Alternatively, you can use a camera as an external trigger source allowing you to turn the light on or off.

インストール#

Not providing heat dissipation may cause product failure.
- When installing the controller, leave sufficient space around the cooling vents on both sides to allow any heat to dissipate.
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) may negatively affect the quality of the controller.

コントローラーのDINレールへの取り付け#
コントローラーをDINレールに取り付けるには：

コントローラーとライトの接続#
Connect the cable of the light using the Light + and Light - pins of the 3-Pin JST-SMR female connector.
コントローラーとカメラの接続#
カメラを外部トリガーソースとして接続するには：
- Connect the open ends of the external trigger cable to the 5-pin PCB terminal block connector labeled TRIG.
- Tighten the locking screws (maximum torque 19 Ncm).

Plug the power supply cable into the controller's 3-pin C14 connector labeled AC IN 100-240V.
操作#
コントローラーの手動操作#
注意 – 電流が指定された出力電流範囲から外れると、ライトのLEDが損傷する恐れがあります。
- You must supply the light with the correct output current stated below.
コントローラーを手動で操作するには：
- Set the current limit selector as described in the Output Current Limits section.
- Set the power switch to ON.
The PWR device status LED indicates controller operation (green = controller operating).
Output Current Limits#
The current limit selector allows you to specify the output current to the light. The following graphic shows the available output current limits.
Adjusting the Light Intensity#
The current adjustment switch allows you to adjust the light intensity of the light.
To adjust the light intensity:
- Turn the current adjustment switch clockwise to increase the light intensity.
- Turn the current adjustment switch counterclockwise to decrease the light intensity.
The following table shows the output current in mA with the respective output current limit and light intensity set:

Operating the Controller Externally#
To operate the controller externally and turn the light on or off:
- Set the external trigger switch TRIG H/L to the desired mode, High or Low.
- Set the input signal of the external trigger as described in the Trigger Logic Switch Settings section.
- Set the power switch to ON.
The PWR device status LED indicates controller operation (green = controller operating).

トラブルシューティング#
Turning off the power switch for 3 seconds may help in cases of abnormal behavior or if one of the three protection modes has been activated, e. g., the overcurrent protection.
