Basler's pylon 6 USB 3.0 Driver Doesn't Work under Windows 7

Since pylon 6, Basler uses the Windows USB 3.0 driver version 11.3 which requires that the system can decode sha2 signatures.

To still work with Windows 7, the updates KB4474419 and KB4490628 must be installed.

On Windows 10, these updates are already included, and no further action is required.
